1. 60% amount of the total fee must be paid as booking advance by cheque / cash / NEFT / DD.
2. The advance fee is not refundable in any case, In case of cancellation of the event.
3. Rest amount must be paid by cash / DD only at the venue before the event starts.
4. Transportation / Accommodation F & B should be provided by client or event company only.
5. Accommodation should be minimum 5 star or similar.
